Pressure Relief Valve Pressure Relief Valve

Pressure relief valve, a kind of hydraulic pressure control valve, plays the role of constant-pressure relief and safety protection in the hydraulic equipment. Generally it has two kinds of structures: direct acting relief valve and pilot relief valve....

Pressure Reducing Valve Pressure Reducing Valve

Pressure reducing valve is a relief valve that reduces the inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure through the adjustment and relies on the energy of the medium itself to automatically maintain the stability of the outlet pressure....

Sequence Valves Sequence Valves

Sequence valve uses the pressure of the hydraulic system to control the sequence of the action of the other hydraulic components. When the set value is reached, the valve is opened or closed to achieve automatic control....

Back Pressure Valve Back Pressure Valve

RFB model back pressure valve is researched and developed to overcome the disadvantages of the balancing valve, which is currently used in deep twisting presses to prevent dead weight, such as slow response, too much noise, inaccurate back pressure control and excessive loss of pressure of plastic injection machines....

Description
The pressure relief valve is used to control the oil pressure in the hydraulic system or achieve control through the pressure signal. The pressure control valve is sometimes referred to as pressure valve, which is mainly used to meet the force or torque requirements raised by the actuator.

Features
1. It includes relief valve, pressure reducing valve, sequence valve and pressure relay.
2. The basic principle is compare the hydraulic force and the spring force to control the oil pressure.
3. You can adjust the operating pressure of the spool by regulating the spring pre-compression.
4. The spring is an important adjusting part, also known as pressure adjusting spring.

Notification of Pressure Relief Valve
When choosing a pressure control valve, you need to refer to the parameter values including: rated pressure, the maximum flow through the pressure valve, and some performance parameters. Furthermore, the specification parameters can be selected from the catalogue according to the maximum pressure of the valve and the flow. In model selection, you should pay attention to the following matters:

1. In terms of pressure
a. In order to ensure the pressure valve can meet the needs of daily work, the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system should be less than the rated pressure.
b. The pressure relief valve must be stable. For the pressure reducing valve, please check if its pressure is greater than pressure value required by the system. For the control valve, if the pressure and flow is greater than the rated value, it will lead to hydraulic clamping and increase of hydrodynamic force, which could affect the working efficiency of the control valve.
c. The response time in the process of pressure buildup and pressure relief should meet the system requirements.

2. In terms of flow
a. The rated flow rate should be greater than the actual flow value.
