Advantages
1. With the direct-acting type and the release-relief type provided, the check valve features simple structure, long life, low pressure drop and high flow.
2. Its role is to only allow the fluid to flow in a certain direction, and automatically close in case of reflux, so as to prevent the high voltage from sneaking into the low-voltage system, which will cause the burst of pipelines and equipment.

Note
1. Be sure that the working pressure is lower than the rated working pressure for normal operation. The flow through the one-way valve must be within the rated flow range of its diameter, and it should avoid the generation of much pressure loss.
2. There are many kinds of opening pressure, so you should choose the applicable opening pressure according to the functional requirements of the system. The opening pressure should be as low as possible to reduce the pressure loss. For the non return valve used for the back pressure function, its opening pressure should be higher and usually determined by the back pressure value.
(1). To select a proper check valve, in addition to selecting a reasonable opening pressure according to the needs, you should also ensure that the flow should be matched with the rated flow, because if the flow through the one way valve is far less than the rated flow, the one-way valve may sometimes generate vibration. The lower the flow is, the higher the opening pressure will be, the more gas there will be in the oil, and the more likely it is to produce vibration.
(2). When using it, you must clearly recognize the direction of the inlet and outlet, and ensure the mounting is correct, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
3. The leakage is very small or even zero when the one-way valve is closed. But after a period of use, the wear and tear of the valve seat and spool will cause leakage. And sometimes the amount of leakage is so large that it will cause the failure of the one-way valve, so you should pay attention to repairing the wear and tear by grinding.
